Myth Busters

Eating chocolate make you breakout.
Nothing you eat causes acne. Also eating greasy or oily foods do not cause acne. Acne is caused when dead skin cells clog the pore and, plug the gland where your body makes natural oil to protect your skin. The bacteria sets in and you get a pimple.

Blackheads are a sign that you are not washing your face enough.
Blackheads are not caused by build up of dirt. What happens is the pore becomes
Dilated and cellular debris builds up; when air hits the debris they oxidize and become black creating a blackhead.
